CS Plexus Wedges (Pair)
Designed for supine positioning, the support wedges are placed beneath the patient’s shoulder blades to provide comfortable and stable upper body support. They help distribute pressure around the shoulders and brachial plexus, supporting patient comfort during supine surgical procedures.
