Focus on Training

It is important to us that hospitals use the most appropriate supports for their patients during surgery.  With this in mind, Franziska Zwinge, Product Manager from our European distributor, Nordiska GmbH visited us this month for training. She spent time with our production team to learn how products are designed and developed. She then moved to the sales team to top up her training skills.

Franziska has a comprehensive knowledge of CS Medical products, including how and when to use them.  Nordiska’s customers can be confident that they will never be recommended a product that isn’t in the best interests of their patients and that they will receive customer service that is second to none.
