CS Child Face Cushion now available

We all know that supporting children’s faces in cushions designed for adults isn’t ideal.  That’s why CS Medical has developed a cushion specifically to fit a child’s anatomy.

There will be no need to buy a new helmet, as the outer dimensions are the same as the adult cushion. The cushion will offer the same comfort and support to children aged under 8 (depending on stature) that the standard cushion offers to adults.

So what’s different?

The first difference is that the aperture for the patient’s face is smaller to support the child’s cheekbones and forehead.

Secondly, the chin end of the cushion been shortened to take into account children’s shorter necks.
