The CS Prone C-Flex Compatible Cushion Large is a prone face cushion designed for use with C-Flex™ and C-Prone™ Helmets. It provides comfortable facial support and effective pressure distribution during prone positioning, helping to reduce the risk of pressure-related injury during prone surgical procedures.

- Contact surface enables optimal pressure distribution whereby the chin is completely free of pressure
